Login information

Logging in

Once you have an account, you can log into the cluster from any network, using a two-factor authentication (2FA) and secure shell (SSH). Detailed information for SSH login can be found at link. Detailed instruction for two-factor authentication is sent by email to active users.

You can choose one of the following login nodes:

  • login.vega.izum.si - logging in on one of the eight login nodes.
  • logincpu.vega.izum.si - logging in on one of the four login CPU nodes.
  • logingpu.vega.izum.si - logging in on one of the four login GPU nodes.

EFP Platform

EuroHPC Federation Platform provides a unified way to access and manage resources, data and usage across multiple european HPC clusters for EuroHPC users.

Currently usage of the platform is restricted to users in possesion of a chip-enabled passport. In the future chip-enabled ID Cards will be supported aswell.

It offers:

  • Federated identity and Single-Sign-On
  • Resource allocation, management and monitoring
  • Interactive web-based usage
  • Unified software catalog
  • Workflow and Data transfer
  • Direct access over SSH
